GCSE Maths Help

GCSE Maths Help is another blog by a further education teacher. There are a number of excellent resources, including presentations on straight line graphs and linear equations.

Maths Stuff resources

There are a number of useful resources at Maths stuff (aka subtangent). On the revise section there are resources on:
  • measuring
  • rotational symmetry
  • straight line graphs
  • piecharts
  • frequency diagrams
  • trigonometry and
  • linear equations

Algebra revision cards

Download (by clicking on the bottom left of the image) and print out the two sheets. Stick them together and then cut out the individual cards. Use them for revision practice.

Names of shapes dominoes

Downloads the pdf(by clicking on the bottom left of the image below) , print it out and cut out the dominoes. Mix them up and try to pair them up.

Area and perimeter dominoes

Download the pdf by clicking on the bottom left on the image below. Print the sheet out. Cut out the dominoes. Mix them up and see if you can connect them.
