Prisms
Remember:
a
prism
is a three-dimensional shape with the same cross section all the way along it.
a circular prims is called a
cylinder
a rectangular prism is called a cuboid
the
surface area
of any prism is the area of the two ends plus the perimeter of the end x the length.
the
volume
of a prism is the area of the end x its length
the perimeter of a circle is caled the circumference (= pi x D)
